This business complex was built by Steenoven along the E17 motorway, near the Waregem exit. MUTEC sealed approximately 7,500 m² above the sheds and 3,000 m² above the offices. Furthermore, all roof surfaces visible from the offices were finished with a green roof, type ZinCo. These works were coordinated by MUTEC.
